Internal tools / In detail
Built around how your team works.
Generic software makes your team adapt to it. An internal tool does the opposite: the fields, steps and rules are yours, and nothing else gets in the way.
Quoting and estimating
Turn your pricing rules into a tool that produces a consistent quote in minutes, not a spreadsheet that only one person trusts.
Scheduling and job tracking
Who’s doing what, where and when, with the status of every job visible to the people who need it.
Approvals and requests
Purchase requests, time off or sign-offs routed to the right person, with a record of every decision.
You probably need this if
- A critical spreadsheet breaks when someone edits the wrong cell
- Work is tracked in a shared inbox or group chat
- The same information gets typed into several systems
- New staff need weeks to learn the workarounds
What’s included
- Sign-in with roles for each part of your team
- The workflow, fields and rules agreed in the scope
- Imports from your existing spreadsheets
- Connections to the tools you already rely on
- Your code and accounts, handed over
How long it takes
Internal tools get their own delivery date after scoping. We agree the smallest complete version first, so your team is using it sooner, and add the rest after.

Between expensive and risky.
Big dev shops are slow and priced for big budgets. Freelancers cost less, but they’re a gamble. We sit in the gap: the people who build it, a fixed price and a date, all in writing.

03 / How we move fast
A shorter path from “we need this” to live.
You work with the people making the decisions and writing the code. A clear scope keeps the build moving. A working preview keeps you in the loop.

01Can you move our existing spreadsheet data across?
Yes. Importing your current data is part of the scope, so the tool starts full rather than empty.
02What if our process changes later?
Because it’s yours, it can change with you. Changes are scoped and priced in writing, or covered by a cancel-anytime retainer.
03Do we need IT staff to run it?
No. It’s hosted for you, and hosting and support are agreed separately before you commit.
04How quickly can you actually deliver?
We offer a 7-day focused website build and a 14-day focused dashboard build. Those timelines apply to an agreed scope with the required content, data and account access ready at kickoff. Web apps and larger projects get their own delivery date after scoping. Your written scope sets the exact schedule and dependencies before you pay.
05What does a project cost?
Every build has a fixed price against a written scope. The number depends on the pages, workflows, integrations and data involved. Your free scope call is how we get to a useful quote. Any hosting, third-party services or ongoing support are identified separately before you commit.
06Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. Bring the business problem, an idea or the thing you’re replacing. We’ll help work out what needs to be in the first version and what can wait. A few sentences in the form are enough to start.
07What if the project changes?
We agree changes that affect cost or timing in writing before doing the additional work. You review a working version at the halfway mark so there is room for feedback before launch.
08Who owns the finished work?
You own the code, repositories and accounts. We hand everything over so you can keep working with us or take the project in-house.
09Can you help after launch?
Yes. We can scope ongoing hosting, support, improvements and new reports. Ongoing support is agreed separately, with a cancel-anytime retainer available. We do not provide 24/7 on-call coverage.
